Our island is growing, not in physical size, but in new construction. Many new homes and condos are under construction, and there are a number of strip centers and restaurants popping up in all areas. Care is being taken to ensure that all the shops in a given area will differ in type and product so there is no competition between them. Every attempt is being made to keep the “personality” of the island and yet allow the growth that is necessary to accommodate the thousands of new visitors who have come to love this little piece of paradise.
